The National Park of American Samoa spans three islands and protects some of the oldest rainforest in the Pacific. Fa'asamoa: Culture as a Way of Life

Samoan culture, known as fa'asamoa, is not a museum exhibit here. It is the living framework of daily life, expressed through communal village structures, the art of tapa cloth making and the powerful tradition of the slit drum.
